Hi everyone, My mother-in-law is having a bit of a problem with her computer and as i live in a different state i cant seem to see what the problem is and was wondering if anyone here could help out. Here goes
Th problem is whenever she clicks on a menu in any program it closes straight away for eg. if she clicks on the file menu in internet explorer it shuts straight away. Even if she does and Alt+F it open but continually flashes.
Does anyone have any ideas?
P.S Dorry if this is in the wrong forum but i wasnt sure if it was a software problem or hardware (mouse)
