Help me please....

Well here I am again replaced the GPU and bam turned it on and worked like a charm. Played around a little on the net and turned her off for the night and my wife tried to boot her up this morning and it bam crap again... It said windows was damaged and need repaired so I told her to try the Windows 7 disk and it wouldn't let her repair it (she's not very good on computers). She shut it down and when I got home I figured I could easily fix it, but not so. I can't even get it to boot off the windows 7 disk now? WTH... I have never been so frustrated with a computer as I am now, is it time to take it to a professional?

BTW I even tried the HD from my old PC with XP already installed on it and it booted to safe once and them did the same as before.

Any thoughts would be appreciated....
