If you can afford it you can get up to 16GB!!!!!! of ram, 8 in each, i couldent believe it i though 4 was max, but i got prooven wrong.

Soon i will upgrade from 1gb ram to at least 2gb

8ram in 1 motherboard? but it only holds 4

yea theres no 2 gig sticks at all...ur stuck at 2 gig most for the laptop, your fine either way windows will only support 3 gig so ur fine, 1 gig sticks for laptops ive found havent been the greatest so far...i dunno if u got money to **** around go for it..if not just get another 512mb

just get another 512mb stick, for a laptop a Gig should be fine
