Help! I Need Help Quick!

Heres the issue, done a build for a friend

I put a 9800 pro AIW gfx card in the machine and got all of the componants working together great. One big problem though, when I go to capture video from DVD/external source I get sound but only a black screen.

Does anyone in here know how to fix this or has anyone had a problem like this before?

Do you have all the right codecs?

It's the K-lite codec pack and contains just about all of them. I had a problem with having no sound in certain video clips, downloaded this and haven't had a problem since.

Thanks for that try but still I have no joy, maybe me tho but Im sure that the sound has got better . Im still getting a black screen. I may have to rip apart my PC and try the Vid card in there, I just wish the tech biys at ATI were more helpful
