Unhappy HELP! Huge amount of memory usage in Windows 7!

Hi, for the last few months, my physical memory has been insanely high . I realllyyy need some sort of troubleshooting tips on how to fix it. My physical memory stays at 76-81%, never dropping down, and I have no idea why. Here are some screenshots.

Please help me fix this, and if you need any pictures, just ask !

Need your system specs. Also go into task manager and see what is eating up the most memory (remember to click all processes button).
