Default Help!!! Hd

I have a 40gb hard drive that is divided into local disk C, D, E. I have ran out of space on local disk C and every time i try to download something like a program fom a cd it says 'not enough space' when i have 15gb on my local disk E. How can i change my settings so everything can download in local disk E because i dont get a choice of which local disk i want it to download to. I think its called a partition drive that i have.

Partition Magic is an excellent program that is good for such a thing.

PM lets you redistribute space from partitions to others.
