help with cpu fan

I just removed my cpu fan and cleaned it now that i put it in its making loud noises, but the fan looks like its running fine

You either broke or bent something on the fan while you were cleaning it, something may be in the path of the fan blades (ie; wires), or it's vibrating. Check for these three things first...

Or the dust inside the bearings was keeping it quiet
