Help!! Computer frozen at Hardware Monitor

So my computer today will not get past the hardware monitor screen. I recently unlocked the 4th core on my triple core processor, I didn't run any stress tests, just played bf3 and shogun 2 for hours and it seemed fine, no problems. But I thought maybe that was the problem so I set that back to run just 3x core and I still get the hardware monitor screen. I also just recently bought and installed a 6850, but have been playing on it for about the past week with no problems.

Can a loose video card cause this? I'm not sure what else the issue could be...

What's the "Hardware Monitor Screen"? You mean, like POST?

It says "hardware monitor" Then it lists the core temp, cpu temp, etc.

Might help us if you post up a picture. I'm not sure what you mean by hardware monitor.

So when my computer boots it says biostar del for bios tab for whatever, then it goes to a screen that says "Hardware monitor..." Then underneath it says CPU temo:17 C SYS Temp: 14c CPU fan:3214 RPM
CHIP fan: 1110 RPM System1 fan:1081 RPM CPU Vcore: 1.312 V etc etc

After this screen it's supposed to boot into windows but it stays stuck at this screen
