Help!

Okay, to help you guys discuss my problem, I will give you the specs of my computer.

It is a Gateway $300 P.O.S.

It has;
2.5 Intel Processor.
Onboard 64mb Intel Extreme Graphics
Onboard Realtek 97 sound
256mb 333mghz pc2100
DVD rom/CD-RW

Okay, at first it was putting the Monitor in power save mode, and not coming back up. Then it would restart, and work for a few, and do it again. Then it got stuck in that position, so I unplugged the monitor and it worked again for awhile. Now it is permanantly stuck in power save mode. Now, I took off the side of my tower, and there is 2 little L.E.D. lights, on by the processor, which is green.. and one below by my PCI ports, that is red. I have no idea what is wrong with it, and have no idea where to start.

I checked all the plugs, tried restarting it with all of the USB plugs pulled out. I tried letting it cool down, thinking maybe it over-heated. None of this worked, so if you have ANY ideas, please let me know, and a short tutorial on how to fix this.

I am going insane, and it has been broken for 2 hours =p

Oh, and btw there is no beeping or anything coming from it.

look up how to reset CMOS. if memory serves there is a sticky thread at the top of this page of the forum telling you how to do so
