Virtually all motherboard manufacturers provide driver downloads on their websites for users. Same goes for audio and graphics processing unit manufacturers.

Looking at the image you provided, you'll want to download and install the latest graphics driver, audio driver and chipset drivers for your PC.

If you use onboard audio and onboard graphics, you can get the drivers from the motherboard's manufacturer's website (though it's always best in my opinion to retrieve the latest audio and graphics drivers from their respective manufacturer's website).
