alrightsoo.
i tried turning on my hard drive, after my computer not being on for the day, and the hard drive turned on for a split second, then turned off and an orange light came on and started flashing. My computers done this before, but i turned it off then back on, and it worked, so i thought thats what was happening again, so i tried it, and nothing happened.

any suggestions?

Ok by turning on your hard drive do you mean powering on your computer??

Please answer with the following:
What operating system you have?
A better description of the problem..... You power it on and then orange lights come on where? Is there any video? any beeps?

Would love to help just need more info!

just give your system spec.
this may caused due to various issue,
1.it may problem in your PSU.
2.or due to overclocking.
3.in case power switch may struck.
check it all cables are connected properly or not?

Where is this flashing orange light? Monitor or tower?
When you say "nothing happened" do you mean nothing happened or do you mean the same thing happened ie nothing changed?
