Default HDD runs continuously at 100% usage

My CPU usage shows 100% usage with nothing running. The hard drive is 61% free. I've checked the Task manager and closed unnecessary programs such as iTunes Helper, HP products, etc. I've cleaned up Temporary Internet files, ran Defrag... Symantec found nothing, so I installed Ad-Aware and SpyBot and ran those. They found and removed a few items but the CPU Usage still runs at 100%. Could this be an OS corruption or is there something else I'm missing?

dl hijackthis...execute that following the parameters...then post in the appropriate section for others to scrutinized...also you can cut and paste to online analyzers

HijackThis Logfileauswertung

edit: just wanted to add...check your virtual memory - page file/swap disk settings. Make sure it's not too huge in relation to whatever your hardware is.
