i have 2 HD 1 the o/s (c) and one a backup (d) my question is drive d sleeps or turns off while not in use and when i want to access drive d it has to spin up before i can open any of my files eg video music, any help
Do you not want it to sleep?
I believe that can be turned off in the Control Panel Under Power Options. If that is what your are going for. Just change Turn Off Hard Disks: to never.
