HD not Formating

HI Everyone.

i resently built a Computer

and last night i tryed to Format the HD

after i set the correct boots (boot from ROM-Drive)
i put in the Windows XP pro SP2 V2002 and rebooted

then it got to Boot from CD:_
then it shut down

i tryed the same thing a few more times then it got to

":instepting system hardware" then shut down"

then i tryed it a few more times and it get to windows it setting up and what not, then shuts down

now it goes right back to the ":instepting system hardware" then shut down"

whats going on????
if you guys could please give some input that would be great

Sounds like a power supply problem.

Which power supply do you have?

Have you tried running it for ahwile without trying to do anything?

List all components.

i figured it out,

it was temp, there was a bad seal on the HEATSKINK
i was getting 84-91C!!!!!!!!!!! so i shut that badboy off and put a extranal 1yard fan right over where the whindow would be lol

its a LGA775 socket i hate them this thing it sooo bad, who every made this type of heat sink should have there genitals placed in a bear trap

there sooo hard to make a good seal with
