hardware issues

I went through Nortons cleanup and it found two problems IN "C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB898458$\ORUN32.EXE" "learn32.dll." and"pctree32.dll." what do I do to fix this problem? thanks Mike

this is a software issue not a hardware issue. what does norton say the problems are and does it attempt to fix them?

Looks like it is a problem with your in built help in windows. Not too sure how to go about remedying this without opting for the easiest option of a second stage windows repair.
