Default Hard Drive Trouble

My cousin recently gave me his computer, because he got a new one. I wiped it and reinstalled windows.

The problem is; that is has two Hard Drives, but only one of them shows up in My Computer.

In the "Device Manager" it says that the other drive is there, but it doesnt show up in My Computer and i cannot access it.

Can someone please help me out??

Thanks,
Jordan.
