Today the HD came back and reported, there is NO problem with it at al. It is working just as normally fine. I asked them(the IT people) what caused the problem, they were telling me since there is not a problem at all when they recieved the HD and tested it, therefore it is hard from them to answer my question.
I mean...wtf...this is the strangest thing happened to me. It is true today the HD is working just as normally fine.
The ironic thing is, I did purchase a new system a week after I sent out the unfunctioning HD with new backup data installed after two weeks of scrambling over some back up disc stored throughtout the year.
