Default Hard Drive Space Problem

Hello Im running a Vista PC which i bought a few weeks ago and i have encountered a problem in my NTFS hard drive its 225GB but when i click on my computer it shows i only have 65gb of free space and 160 GB of used space but when selct all the files and folders in the drive i get only 65gb of used space. Whats is the problem I would appreciate some help.

Open Start, right click on My Computer and select manage.
in the right pane select storage then click on disk management.
There you can see your drive it will tell you if its healthy and so on.
I just rememberd that you have Vista. It may not be the same but im not sure .You can give it a try though.
