Hard Drive problem

My harddrive is a 160 gb Samsung IDE HDD. Right now, it's only being detected as 31 gbs... what's wrong, and how do I fix it? ;\

You may need to go into the bios and check there to set the limit size,
You may need to upgrade your bios.
You may have the harddrive partitioned and you are not seeing the full drive.

My harddrive was working as 149 gbs before this, but when I switched cases, I changed how the harddrive was on the IDE cable. I really think it's a problem with the cables, because that's all that has changed physically.

I looked into my bios, and I don;t know where there would be anything that was limiting sizes. And I don't think it's partitioned, I deleted every partition I could on it.
