Question Hard Drive Not reading all space

Hi, Ive recently had a new computer built with a SATA 300GB hard drive. The problem is it only shows 187 GB on my c drive for some reason. I payed for it to be built but i do not think they partitioned my hard drive at all. Is there an error with my hard drive or anything i can do? Thx for any help.
