Default Hard drive copy

I have a computer that has the SATA
The power source is gone on it, put new one in, still will not work. How can I get the info off of this drive? I have a dell without the SATA that is working fine, but I really need to get the info off of the other drive. I teach school and I have a lot of teaching stuff I need to get off of it. How do I do this? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
