Hey!
i got this Windows Xp 32bit desktop and it was loaded with over 100 virus's to the point that the system restore to fact settings option doesn't exist... tried cntl+F11 and nothing ... and no restore points before 7 days ago when i was able to delete enough viruses manually to get into safe mode with out that getting loaded with pop ups from all the rogue viruses acting as anti viruses and was able to download Malewarebytes and CCleaners and that has been a life saver ...
any ways... i accidentally deleted solitaire and microsoft word and power point... i'm not really proficient in computers obviously but i'm a quick learner and have been able to recover many laptops and desk tops from viruses so i should be able to follow some good advice... i really just want to restore the factory settings but have no disk and there's no option in the F8 boot screen... just getting solitaire back wud be great though!
