Default graphics problem.

I just downloaded the demo for empire total war. it looks pretty good and plays smooth. Except for the fact that when I move the camera a lot, I get a smeared look in the graphics for a second. It goes away when the camera is still. Kind of like looking into a funhouse mirror. Do you think this would be my graphics card or my monitor?

GPU: Radeon 4850

monitor: Newegg.com - Acer X223Wbd Black 22" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 2500:1 - LCD Monitors

Do you have V. Sync enabled? IIRC it's called Vertical Synchronisation in the Graphics options.

If not, that will explain the smeared look.

I should really put a 'rep me!' thing in my sig. But is rep really that important?

It's important for new users but nothing you absolutely need. People will get the hang of it after a while anyway.
