Graphics problem?

Compressed air is my new best friend. I didn't know it worked so well.
I don't think my friend cleaned his PC he got it.

I had to remove the CPU heatsink to clean a fan or two (it's built kinda weird). So I just re-applied some new thermal paste (some Arctic Silver) and I'll boot it up in a little while.

Cross fingers...

It still boots up distorted. Tomorrow I'll see if my 9600 gt works in it. If it does, I know it's the gfx card. If it doesn't, I'll know it's something else.

I'm sorry, I hate to double post, but I can't edit my last post.

I tried my 9600 GT in his PC and it works perfectly, so it's definitely the gfx card.
