Graphics Problems on a new 6600GT

ok... as the advice of this board, i returned my old graphics card for warenty, as it was far slower than it should have been. It is a Sparkle GF 6600GT (and i no its not a good brand, i didnt know that when i bought it (they shop guy said it was good)) and i only just got it back yesterday

now, only today, it has started to screw up, with lines appearing all over WoW.

i also thought this may be a one off, so when i restarted, it fixed it, but then started again after some time.

so can anyone give me an idea what this is

i also have the latest Nvidia driver

Yep.

Most likely an overheating issue.
Look into the possiblity of that. cya

how do i find out if it is, and how would i fix it

it doesnt take long for it to start doing this sometimes

just had a look at the temp of my card, and wondering what is hot for a graphics card, as mine seems to be sitting at around 58* C when nothing bit IE is running, and when i played WoW, it held at about 69* C
Is this ok, or too hot?

anyways the temp you are getting should be well enough to cause your problem you should get a better case cooling. like a 120mm in front (intake) and then a 120mm rear(exahst)
