I just upgraded to Vista 64 and I updated my nvidia drivers. Now, at random, the computer screen turns color blurry. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers to no avail. When this happens, I can put the computer to sleep (with my keyboard) and wake it up to fix the blurry screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

MSI K8N NEO4 Platinum MB (onboard nic and sound)
EVGA GEFORCE 7950 GT Vid Card
2GB Ram (did memory diag with no issues)
150GB HD (recently formatted when I upgraded to Vista)

Are you usign the 174 Drivers? I have been seeing a lot of bad comments about this. See if you can find the 169 version drivers.

Okay well then try the 174 drivers. They are updated with some bug fixes. Maybe they will help you?

Well, I updated the drivers to 174 and I am still getting the random screen. I did realize that it only seems to happen while using an application or when I am at the desktop in Vista. When I am playing a game, it doesn't happen.

Check the nvidia forums. Could be a known bug with the drivers...
