Question Graphics Card Temperature Idle at 64 degrees (picture inside)

Hey I was wonderinf is it normal for my Graphics card to me idling at 64 degrees? Its a Radeon 1900gt 256mb card. To see a pic of the graphics card please go here.

little high but not anything to be worried about. you can replace the stock fan and make sure you have steady airflow if you are worried that much about it.
