Graphics card not working

I recently upgrade my graphics card to a ATi Radeon R7770 XFX and it will not process games. I have tried installing drivers but they wont work either. I can run an HDMI cable to it and it will display but wont integrate graphics into game

What do you mean exactly by "process games"? Not sure what you mean..

I can't run any of my games but if i am able to run one i can play it on the lowest settings. If i put it on high it lags like i don't have one installed.

What card did you previosly have? Did you completely uninstall and reinstall your drivers before and after replacing the card?

I had the hd radeon 4830, i did but when i try to install catalyst control center i get errors.

What errors exactly? The more info you provide, the better we can tru to help. Please also post your full system specs.

Cpu: AMd 4170-quad core 4.2ghz
