Default Graphics card compatiblity (not PC-E related)

I Live in australia and the PC parts are way over the top expensive and i was wonderin gif i brought parts from the US or Europe Like Graphics cards ram ect would they be compatible

Yes....they would. It's not like it would come in another language or something. Like bringing a PS3 from Japan into the US. The PS3's language would be in Japanese.

Ok thanks i wasnt sure i assumed it would but wanted tom make sure so i dont wast money on by useless items

Seems like the shipping costs would kill any cost savings though.
