Graphic Drivers failing....

Ok so I bought a new PC about 2 months ago with a 9500 GT nvidia graphics card (1G) I didn't have any problems out of it for about the first month and now all i'm getting when i log into to play wow (on min. settings) its pull the colors etc... its pulling everything out of porportion and frame rate is just skiping horridly(sp) my pc will even give me a blue screen of error and shut off, I've downloaded the new drivers from there web site and even reinstalled windows and the drivers that came with the computer for the video card and its still doing the same thing its really frustrating I would appreciate some help as to whats wrong or what I would need to do to go about fixing it Thanks =)

Addition: I'm also getting a pop up saying Display drivers have failed and recoverd.

What are the temps your getting while gameing?

gpuz can tell you.

I have not checked that I'm not quite sure how to I'm at school atm I will be home around 4:30CST I can check then.

Just d/l gpuz.

Run it, with log temps checked, the run a game. After you can just read the log text file after.

Or get ATI Tool, yes it wolrks for nvidia cards, and run their stress test.
