Graphic card Beeps

Hi, could somebody help me with a problem, i took out my graphic card and when i put it back in it beeps a few times then stops and the onboard fan speeds up fast, then i turned it off put in anther graphic card it did the same thing, so i took out the card and pluged in moniter into the onboard graphics and it worked, but when i plug it into the graphic card it will beep and say no signal.

Clear CMOS, Turn on PC, Enter CMOS setup, Disable onboard Graphics. Turn Off. Video Card In. Restart and see if it works.
