Default GPU Issue

Hello Everyone!

I recently upgraded my GPU

I upgraded from GTX 560TI to R9 270x (ATI) and been having some trouble.

my current build:

AMD FX 8120 8 core
Corsair Vengence 2x4gb
ASUS Formula V (mobo)

i decided to upgrade as i was trouble with my previous graphics card that was crashing randomly which i upgraded it did solve the problem but now when i play world of warcraft or league of legends and starcraft i have to run the games on lower settings because my frames have dramatically dropped.

Would anyone have any idea why this could be?

Thanks in advance

(also, after searching around on the internet i did do some overclocking on GPU and CPU and Fan Speeds to see it that would pick up the performance however, still no solution. As of right now i am at default on everything and i have made sure to uninstall all previous drivers and from Registry as well)
