I just finished building my new computer, however I have a concern with my GPU and the OEM fan that came with it. The card is a Powercolor HD4850. I do not have an OS, or video cable yet, but I am testing the system to ensure that everything is running properly before I tidy up the wiring and finalize the placement of everything on the mobo. I hooked all the fans (Antec 900 case) up, along with the mobo power connector, and a PCIE connector for my GPU. When I turn the system on, all the fans come on except for my GPU. Is that supposed to happen? or is the GPU fan supposed to be coming on as soon as I startup the system?
Edit** Also, 2 LED lights are showing Red on the back of the card. The numbers are D1601, and D1602. Are they supposed to be on?
