I run a lot of high end games so im worried about my core components overheating, whats the maximum temperature my GPU and CPU should get?
and also how should i cool my GPU, it has a fan on it, but i was wndering if i should take higher measures.

Hello,

It should not be above 70C for both. For the GFX card get ATiTool and RivaTuner. ATiTool will help you monitor the temp of the GFX card in real time. While RivaTuner will allow you to adjsut the fan speed for more control and give it more boost at any given time.

If you wish check around there are many good 3rd party colling fans used on almost every GPU out there. Jsut have to find the one that matches your GPU. Same can be said for the CPU as well. there is a bunch of heatsink fan combos out there that you can get to keep it cool.

Could even go as far as water cooling.

Cheers,
Mak
