Got my new mobo, temps again

ok... i didnt put in my tuniq tower...i threw in my stock cooler for the q6600 atm just to simplify matters and im not oc'ing yet anyways


I applied thermal grease...

I go into bios and the temps start at 60 celius... and go all the way up to 80 celsius as the cpu warms up....



I turned it off but i have some doubts as to if this is bad or not


does this just mean my thermal grease has to sink in? or does this mean i might of accidently put my stock cooler on wrong? Maybe nothing is wrong and im just being parnoid and i have to wait...

i got it down to 51 celisus by putting on the fan again... i think i might of done a sloppy job with the thermal grease though



then i had ram problems... apparently i have to set my own voltage and stuff with the ram in bios
