Unhappy Gigabyte Mobo Buzzing

i have same problem lol expect mine is an atx gigabyte 720 wats it does it on off and its apparently the that buzzing sound is the capacitors or the resistors from ur PSU or from ur CRT monitor. that anyway to stop it plox?

Buzzing does it on off any ideas

I took it back and got it replaced once still made same buzzing sound with new one i have tried to psu's same model etc still makes sound either the capacitors and resistors making the sound (Its coming from that area on the psu) or something else not crackly or anything like that just a bzzzzzzzzzz sound help plox?
