Default Games stuttering

Just as the title states, all the games I have been playing are stuttering, some more then others. UT3 will freeze for a good 10 seconds every 10 minutes, then increasingly longer. WoW will stutter, then stutter more often the more I play it. My guess is this is cooling related, as I have NO after market cooling. My question is, do you think it is more GPU over heating or CPU? My specs are in my sig.

sounds more like your cpu is overheating then your gpu...

I upped the fan speed... thought I already did this but I noticed I hadn't when I double checked. I also took off my side panel to see if that will make a difference. I'll update you guys after some extensive testing, thanks for the replies thus far.
