GA-P35-DS3L not compatible with DWL-G520?

When I have my DWL-G520 D-Link wireless network card in, my PC won't boot past loading (in vista) crcdisk.sys and some other file in XP

When I remove my network card, it boots fine.

Are these two components incompatible?
If so, is there a fix for this?

Make suer the card your putting in the PCI slots is well secured , if not then the BIOS wont recognize it and wont POST for you, it can also be a faulty card , you never know

I've tried 2 cards and 2 slots...so I don't know.
