FSB:800MHz, mobo supports 800MHz, DDR400MHz Ram; Bus speed = 200Mhz???

How does the bus speed correlate with the speed of PCI devices? Would it be the FSB (800Mhz) or the HTT (200MHz)? My hard disk numbers are low (55MB/s read) and I'm thinking cause it's the bus speed being low.

Hey Shumway, I just noticed your sig; we both have Semprons, the same motherboard, and amount of memory. What kind of video card are you using? PCI or AGP? I'm trying to figure out my problem which I started in a thread title something like 'Video is as if I'm downloading a jpeg"
