front side bus not right

i have an ecs sis 661 fxm7, pc3200 ram, pentium 4 2.66 gig 506 prescott, 160 gig seagate sata hard drive

the front side bus of the cpu is supposed to run at 533 mhz, but when i open cpuz and everest home edition they say that it is running at 133 mhz

what can i do to run it at 533

I've never heard of cpuz or everest home, but if it's running at 133 instead of 533 either you got ripped off and it's only a 133, the OS (whatever you're running) is causing it to underclock (maybe for power conservation?) or it's configured to run lower so check your BIOS and make sure there's no setting there.
