I just built a new gaming rig (stats below in my sig), and I'm having some problems with the front panel USB, FireWire, and audio ports on the front of my Antec 900 case. I made sure to plug each component into the correct spot on my mobo, but whenever I'm in Windows and I try to plug something in or even touch the USB/FireWire/audio I get shocked and my computer shuts down (fans and PSU still running). Once I finally do get something plugged into the audio port, the sound quality is very low.
The first thing I thought it could be was the PSU:

Am I possibly not getting enough power for my system?
Any ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
