What I already tried:
Swapping the HDD with another one
Swapping the Graphics card with another one
Corrected the position of the CPU fan
made sure there were no loose connections

I checked connections (Still have to check the very front panel, but if it boots I dont think that will be an issue there)

What else could be causing this? and any way to resolve it?

every fan is turning, but I just can't get the monitor to get a signal

I just want to monitor to show up! Please help me!!!!

i am running out of new ideas to fix this.

I have not tried with a single ram, I will try that.

But I find that hard to associate with the graphics card, but Its worth a try!

I know the monitor works because another computer was plugged there before this one, but again I will try it....

Any more suggestions?

I was reading that removing the motherboard battery for 30 mins might fix it?

I am starting to lean a lot on the defective mobo. I bought it brand new, and I noticed that when I received it, the plastic wrap that they are usually surrounded by was gone

I tried

Booting with a single ram, I tried with both
removed the power from the graphics card and tried to boot
changed monitors cable...
yes, the monitor is turned on

Is this looking like its the power supply or MOBO?
The power supply is brand new, so I really doubt its that.

UPDATE
FIXEDDDDD!

I don't even know what happened...... (however I did switch the ram sticks from slots 2 and 4 to 1 and 3

I started pressing all the buttons in my monitor and nothing worked, but I kept on pressing randomly, and it booted!!
This saved me a TON of work!

Thanks for all your help!
