Freezing upon starting up.

Okay, seriously, this is ****ing me off.

About 4/5 times when I try and start up, my computer will freeze somewhere in between opening MSN/AIM to the "Welcome" screen.

I'm pretty sure it's this rogue virus that I terminated with AVG Anti-virus, because it keeps saying some bullcrap about "RUNDLL, cctc54w.dll has failed to open".

How would I get rid of this message, and this incredibly annoying problem?

idk sometimes when i have a missing file form the system32 folder i just download the file and put it and register it thru RUN. I dont have you tryed googling that file?

if nothing else backup and do a re installation of windows. or possibly try a restore point form before you had the virus. and hope that works
