Hey guys! Newbie to Tech-Forums! Every time I use my computer, I get this effect on my screen. If the photo is not clear, it is as if the image is shifted horizontally on the screen to the left and the part hidden starts back from the right. My best guess is a GPU problem. This problem is not persistent with the screen as I also use it for cable, PS3, XBOX etc. I have also tried a different cable but issue still occurs.

Also, I get random freezes when I watch youtube videos. This does not occur when I use anything else other than flash, silverlights or basically embedded scripts in a page. My guess for this is anything at this point. Any advice would be great.
