 Hi all . Just joined the site and I'm hoping someone here knows a lot about Foxconn's . It is a Foxconn P4M800P7MA board with Pentium 4 cpu Running XP Home . Phoenix Bios . I like my machines to power off completely when i hit standby (sleep) . In the bios i enabled wake from mouse and any key.
I enabled S1+S3 in power options,if i only enable S1 the fans etc are still running while in standby mode . All as expected .
Works fine . Heres the problem . After i have shutdown the computer if i hit any key or move the mouse it actually boots up !! . I cannot see any options to actually "Power on" in the bios . I have the power saving mode set to "user define " . I have never had this problem before but then all my other machines are Asus . Also it will sometimes go through shutdown of its own accord !! . This one has me STUMPED !! This is the only glitch in the old thing , other than this its running fine . Greatly appreciate some help . Thanks , Brunoboy .
