Default Format/Zero my hard drive.

BIOS didn't really have options to do this. I just need to erase everything off my HD and install a NEW os. How should I go about doing this?

Got it. Actually tried doing what you suggested first, did, but I think I forgot to save and exit in the BIOS =P. Thanks for the help.
