floppy problem?

hey, i have a floppy drive in my computer and im trying to load the raid drivers when im installing xp, it wont detect my usb floppy for when it says to hit enter. So i installed a floppy drive but the light stays on all the time, not sure whats going on, i tried two floppys and they both have the light on all the time.

Sounds as if either BOTH of them are bad (Which I doubt) OR... the USB drivers aren't installed yet while doing the windows load. If you have one, try a typical ribbon type floppy and see what happens.

prolly put the cable for the floppy on wrong, check it
