Default flickering monitor

my monitor is flickering and is so annoying. am using XP. somebody please help.

you should try raising your refresh rate to something like 70Hz...

If thats does not work just tell us that it didnt...

when you say flickering do you mean It's flikering like A a flash light being turned on and off? (if so lower your refresh rate)
If it is like looking into a bugzapper.> raise your refresh rate.

if you want it to stop flickering then raise the refresh rate to the highset i believe 75 is where you can stop seeing it but 85 is good
