Default Flickering LEDs

The LEDs that light up the vaio logo on the front of my case has recently started to flicker.

Should I assume that it's not getting a sufficient amount of power?

But that's unreasonable.

But if it's flickering this bad and if it is because of the led, why does the other LED, the line above the vaio logo, remain static?

I believe victory only exist at the end, no matter how the factors present it.

Either the LED is about to die, or there is a loose wire, does it flicker when you hit it or shake the case some, or stop when you do it? Or does it do it at random with out the case even being touched??? Chances are, the LED is burning out...
