No, you are all set with no jumper on a SATA drive. You don't need one.That applied to IDE/EIDE drives. Did you try some of the suggestions above, like reducing what is plugged in ? Actually I am up way too late, and I would like to continue to help, but if you want to fix the problem you may want to just start back at square one. Just reinstall each piece until it runs. Start with reseating your CPU (proc), and RAM.

Also check the standoffs, if one of them is missing, or bends the board a little weird things can happen. Make sure there are no loose or missing standoffs. Fit the board in and tighten it down. If the system starts up, then good. But just try starting over, because all it takes is something to be loose and the bootloader (BIOS program) will check for hardware and see an essential device missing and not boot. So it pays to go back to go forward, if you know what I mean.
